Position Summary: Oakmont Commercial, a subsidiary of Quaint Oak Bank, is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to manage the processing of commercial real estate mortgages. This role involves collecting and reviewing stipulated documentation, preparing closing documents via LaserPro software, and reviewing title work and closing documentation for compliance. The Loan Processor will ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and approve loan funding.
Key Responsibilities: - Process commercial real estate mortgages.
- Collect and review stipulated documentation.
- Prepare closing documents via LaserPro software.
- Review title work and closing documentation for compliance.
- Approve loan funding.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and agreements with borrowers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years? experience in commercial loan processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of federal regulations and industry best practices related to commercial real estate mortgages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Experience with LaserPro software is strongly preferred.
Salary: $55,000-$75,000/year; offer is commensurate with experience.
