A top client of ours is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a Contract to Hire basis. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to join a large enterprise organization undergoing transformative projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree required
- 5-10 years? experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile project is a plus
- 2-4 years of group and voluntary experience is preferred
- Ability to design flow-diagrams/architecture designs using MS Visio or SparX is required
- Previous JIRA software experience a significant plus
- Solid understanding of project management techniques/methodologies
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Access required
- Capability to multitask and work on a variety of projects and teams is essential
- Ability to assume project management role as necessary
- Ability to perform ScrumMaster (SM) duties for agile development team required
- Ability to lead backlog grooming, estimation & retrospective meetings
- Lean-Agile experience a plus
- Ability to comfortably communicate with multiple levels of employees throughout the organization with minimal supervision
- EIS core software is a significant plus
