What You?ll Do
? Design and illustrate infographics, data visualizations, and graphic designs that communicate clearly and look incredible
? Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and leadership to bring ideas to life visually ? Develop marketing assets for web, email, social, and print
? Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
? Contribute to visual concepting and creative strategy
? Stay current with design trends and tools, ensuring fresh, effective design solutions
What You Bring
? 3?5+ years of design experience, ideally within an agency, startup, or high-growth company
? A strong portfolio showcasing infographics, presentation design, and branding
? Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
? Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
? A strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
? Ability to distill complex information into digestible visuals
? Bonus: animation/motion skills (After Effects or similar)

? Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once
