Freelance Graphic Designer
Description
Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support our clients team on a freelance basis. This is a remote, production-focused role that will contribute to a high volume of digital and print design projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is confident jumping into projects right away. This client is a leading North American branded beverage company.
Hours range from 20-40hrs per week pending workload. This role is fully remote but you must be available to work EST hours. The pay rate for this role is $25hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resize and adapt digital banners across platforms while maintaining design consistency
- Create and optimize assets for social media, e-commerce, and retail touchpoints
- Design original creative materials including social graphics, web banners, and print collateral
- Uphold brand guidelines while contributing fresh, innovative ideas
- Assist with light photo retouching and asset preparation (retouching skills are a plus)
- Manage multiple deadlines and projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- 1?3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
- Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats
- Ability to handle high-volume production work and stay organized under pressure
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and attention to detail
- Basic photo retouching skills a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Teams, Slack, Monday.com, and email for team communication
- Experience working independently and managing time effectively
Additional Details:
- Candidate must provide their own computer equipment
- Adobe Creative Suite license will be provided
- Training includes a one-week onboarding period to get familiar with our clients suite of brands
- Must be ready to contribute to live projects shortly after onboarding
