Senior Developer
Permanent, Full Time
Location: UK Based - Remote
£60,000 - £75,000 Base + Benefits
Company Overview:
Our client is an exciting, ambitious, rapidly growing AI powered Property Tech business that specialise in AI based sales enhancement software. Due to rapid start-up growth, they now require a Senior Developer to join the business.
The successful candidate will be motivated, ambitious with a genuine passion and love for all things development and driven for progression. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge CRM and API integrations within an existing software infrastructure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to move within a Development Lead/CTO level position within three years.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of new features and system improvements
- Mentor team members and help shape the team culture
- Dive deep into bug fixing and performance improvements
- Triage issues and define clear technical specs
- Own and support our CRM integrations and other 3rd party tools
- Collaborate on architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Take shared responsibility for the delivery and quality of the platform
- Work directly with the CTO to gradually take over key responsibilities
Technical Stack:
- Backend: Laravel, PHP (LAMP), MariaDB, Redis
- Frontend: React & TSX
- Infrastructure: Digital Ocean, Laravel Forge
- Telephony: Asterisk, FreePBX (VoIP)
- Other: Git, REST APIs, some legacy systems
Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with PHP and the full LAMP stack
- MUST have solid knowledge of Laravel
- Strong React & TSX skills
- Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor dev teams
- Strong problem-solving and debugging ability
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Able and willing to work extra hours if the project demands it
- Someone who wants to help shape the tech, the team, and the business
