Key Responsibilities

Software Development:

Continue to develop and maintain RepOrderManagement?s systems using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. Implement new features and enhancements that drive value for our customers and streamline internal operations.

Collaboration:

Work directly with cross-functional teams?including internal staff and customer representatives?to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure the delivery of effective solutions.

System Improvement:

Analyze existing systems to identify areas for optimization. Refactor and enhance the codebase to improve performance and maintainability.

Agile Development:

Participate in agile practices including sprints, code reviews, and collaborative planning sessions to help continually evolve our development processes.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the highest level of reliability and user satisfaction.

Growth and Innovation:

Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends. Propose and lead initiatives to continually improve our products and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in full stack development with a solid background in PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and coding best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent work ethic.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working both in team environments and with external stakeholders.
• Experience in a web product company or dynamic, fast-paced development environment is a plus.
• Experience working in a code base managed by a distributed version control system, namely Git

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Symfony (or similar frameworks like Laravel).
• Experience with front-end libraries or frameworks.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with automated testing techniques.
• Previous experience developing customer-facing applications or internal business systems.
