Senior Full-Stack Developer

Duration: 4?6 months, with potential to convert to full-time hire
Location: Remote or hybrid (Fort Myers, FL area preferred)
Rate: $60?$90/hr, based on experience

We're seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong full-stack experience in Laravel (PHP) and Angular, who can lead the buildout of our core application, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive digital transformation in the healthcare space while working remotely or hybrid from Southwest Florida.

What You?ll Do

Lead the architecture, design, and development of a custom web application.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Own the development lifecycle: sprint planning, timelines, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and testing (unit, integration, E2E).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, KPIs, and success metrics.
Oversee integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Firebase).
Maintain documentation, guide technical decisions, and support post-launch strategy.
Coordinate with QA to ensure high-quality releases and minimal downtime.
Evaluate and resolve technical debt while planning for long-term scalability.

What You Bring

5+ years of full-stack development experience (Laravel + Angular).
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and databases.
Experience managing or mentoring developers in Agile/hybrid environments.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA compliance) is a plus.
