Key Responsibilities:

• Notes:Typical work week is M-F 9-5 EST (open to assisting with evening or weekend emergency postings on rare occasions).
• Enterprise Level Corporate Website production and maintenance experience
• Final interview will be in-person in office to meet overall team.
• Remote role - but will need to come into the office for several days the first week for computer setup, introductions and training.
• The successful candidate will become a member of our Corporate Communications team working on our newly redesigned, award-winning AEM website.
• The Web Designer?s primary responsibility will be equally Creative and Technical for the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the new Corporate Website experience.
• Our Web Designers support larger corporate initiatives for the entire company including but not limited to Marketing, Technology, Safety and Public Relations.
• Professional communication standards will be expected while communicating actively with Executives internally.
• You will routinely redesign existing customer experiences and participate in standing up new pages and sections on the Corporate Website.
• Our Designers are also involved in developing new features for the front end of the Website with our development partners so programming experience in a bootstrap style environment and working with Jira ticketing system is a plus.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Designer must be proficient in Adobe products (AEM, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects video editing etc.) and be able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment meeting specific deadlines.
• The seasoned content designer should have 5+ years Enterprise Level experience in a Web Designer/Content Management/Front End Web Development Role.
• Bachelor of Science Degree or comparable degree from an accredited Technical Institute.
• Experience with various Enterprise Level Content Management Systems (Adobe AEM a must).
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to manipulate images, create Wireframes and High Res. Comps with technical specs.
• Prototyping Software such as Figma or XD.
• Occasional editing of HTML, CSS on Bootstrap pages.
• PowerPoint Creation & Presentation
• Customer Journey Mapping experience
• Customer-centric Design.
