WordPress Developer (Elementor)

FirmPilot is looking for a WordPress Developer with strong Elementor expertise to drive the development of high-performance landing pages. You won?t just be designing, you?ll own the full lifecycle of our paid media landing pages, from layout to launch. Working closely with marketing, growth, and product teams, your work will be central to the success of campaigns across legal and other local business sectors.

What You?ll Do

Design & Development
Build and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor
Deliver responsive, fast-loading, and accessible page designs across devices
Translate campaign goals and brand identity into high-converting UX/UI
Performance & Optimization
Develop and iterate on landing pages for paid traffic (PPC) campaigns
Set up A/B tests, monitor heatmaps, and analyze data to drive improvements
Implement conversion tracking, tag integrations, and speed enhancements
Technical Execution
Troubleshoot bugs, deploy fixes, and ensure site reliability
Execute integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, and lead notification systems
Copywriting & Collaboration
Craft persuasive landing page copy that supports campaign objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, visuals, and performance
Contribute to and uphold design systems and brand guidelines
Project & Stakeholder Management
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Maintain clear communication with media teams and stakeholders

What You Bring - 3+ years of professional WordPress Development experience

Deep knowledge of Elementor and front-end best practices
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Portfolio demonstrating results-driven landing pages (especially for PPC)
Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong UX/UI sensibility focused on conversion (legal, healthcare, home services a plus)
Experience with DNS and server-side configuration
Bonus: Familiarity with WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg
Extra Bonus: PHP knowledge and experience with custom themes/plugins

Expected Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 based on experience
