We?re looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of AI-powered learning experiences that are scalable, engaging, and impactful. You?ll play a key role in shaping product architecture, leading a world-class engineering team, and building tools that transform how students learn and how educators teach.

What You?ll Do:

Lead technical strategy and architecture for a high-performance learning platform
Guide and mentor engineers to best practices and technical excellence
Drive the integration of AI and emerging technologies to personalise education
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to ensure seamless experiences
Own end-to-end technical delivery from concept to launch
Maintain platform reliability, scalability, and performance
Build internal tools like CMS and analytics dashboards

What We?re Looking For:

5+ years of engineering experience (at least 2 in a leadership role)
Proficient with PHP and React/TypeScript
Proven track record building scalable, consumer-facing digital products
Strong full-stack skills and knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and CI/CD
Experience or strong interest in AI/LLMs and applying them to real-world products
Backgrounds in edtech, gaming, entertainment, are desirable
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Passion for education and familiarity with UK/US education systems (a bonus)
