Role Description: Senior Web Developer (PHP)
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Web Developer (PHP). The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for architecting and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications and backend services. The role involves leading technical development, writing clean and secure PHP code, integrating APIs, and ensuring optimal application performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery within deadlines.
Qualifications
? Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel or Symfony preferred)
? Deep understanding of backend development and API integration
? Proficiency in SQL and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
? Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
? Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
? Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
? Ability to work independently and remotely
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
? Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
? Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus**
