Email Developer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Job Description
- The email designer will provide HTML and CSS development and implementation of email and landing page templates to be used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create email campaigns that are visually appealing and effective.
- Email-building experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leveraging new email assets designed in Figma, build templated Salesforce Marketing Cloud components compatible across email platforms using HTML and CSS to create or format emails.
- Perform QA and troubleshooting code rendering across multiple desktop and mobile devices. Also, A/B testing will be conducted to optimize design elements.
- Starting with existing templates, work in Figma to generate multiple email variants for targeted testing.
- Choosing images and color schemes appropriate for the campaign.
- Working with marketing teams and copywriters to translate brand guidelines into engaging emails.
- Keeping up with the latest email design trends, tools, and innovations. Email designers should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and be able to work collaboratively.
REQUIREMENTS - 3-5 years of email development experience (HTML, CSS, responsive, email coding)
- Experience building emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of modern email standards and best practices, including the idiosyncrasies of email-specific development and how to develop for cross-client compatibility and accessibility.
- Experience with Litmus or other email testing platforms
- Experience with design production work
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Able to create responsive designs
- Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues
- Attention to detail and pixel-perfect design
- Understanding of email design limitations
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude
- Salesforce or SFDC certifications are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Design or related field.
