Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Consulting and general Consulting skills
- Experience in Software Development and Programming
- Knowledge of Databases and database management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the HR or software industry is a plus
