About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer to help us build, optimize, and maintain our web applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our core codebase, improve front-end architecture, and ensure that our web products are user-friendly, responsive, and accessible. You will also be responsible for driving UI/UX execution and working closely with the development team to create high-quality websites. This is a full-time, remote position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities - Develop, launch, and maintain websites of varying sizes, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability.
- Lead UI/UX planning and execution, making design decisions when guidance is limited.
- Adhere to best practices in front-end development, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs to ensure smooth and efficient site performance.
- Contribute to documentation and the core codebase to improve internal processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and technical writers to produce high-quality web products.
- Maintain clear communication, supporting company goals and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications - At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional web development environment.
- Strong front-end development experience with WordPress (PHP), JavaScript, HTML/SCSS, and Git.
- Experience with Vue or React.
- Ability to lead UI/UX execution without direct guidance from design teams.
- Experience with scalable front-end architecture and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000/Year DOE
