Overview:
We are seeking an experienced freelance website developer with a strong background in WordPress and other content management systems to support multiple web development projects. This role requires expertise in front-end and UX design, ADA/WCAG compliance, responsive design, and implementation of modern web technologies, including chatbots and interactive features.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms
? Ensure full ADA and WCAG compliance for accessibility
? Enhance user experience (UX) through thoughtful front-end development and interface design
? Integrate new technologies such as AI chatbots, dynamic content, and interactive elements
? Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engine visibility and SEO best practices
? Implement and maintain robust security protocols to ensure website integrity and mitigate potential risks
? Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute on business goals

Qualifications:
? Proven freelance experience in website development, with a strong portfolio
? Expert knowledge of WordPress and others
? Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP
? Experience in UX/UI design, responsive design principles, and mobile-first development
? Familiarity with SEO optimization, including schema, metadata, and on-page SEO
? Knowledge of WCAG and ADA compliance standards
? Strong understanding of web security best practices and tools
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Must reside in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO plugins
? Familiarity with chatbot platforms (e.g., Tidio, Drift, or similar)
? Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
