The Brand Executives is currently seeking a web development intern to join our team! This opportunity is ideal for college students and recent graduates looking to earn credit, gain real client experience or build a portfolio for Web design and Mobile App design.
This internship will give you the opportunity to learn to build a website from the ground up and experience building a mobile application! If you?re looking for a career in web development or mobile apps, this is the perfect inside look. You will be working with one of our skillful developers to gain hands-on experience. As a web development intern you will be using various software and programs to build websites and perform routine maintenance. This internship is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience/education in Web development/Mobile App design looking to build upon their experience and provide products to real clients with deadlines and expectations. You will also learn creative and graphic design techniques for website layouts and utility!
In our web development internship, you will utilize tools such as:
- Joomla
- Word Press
- Java Script
- HTML
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Canva
- CSS
- Air Table
- Buffer
- Vimeo
- And more!
Responsibilities:
- Build templates and pages with the guide of our developers for over 50 websites
- Work with clients in the US, UK and Australia
- Brainstorm ideas for short marketing campaigns
- Trouble shoot bugs, broken pages, links
- Logo Design
- Collateral Design
- Web site analytics (Researching reach and visibility)
- SEO Optimization for web pages
- Mobile App development
- Assist in updating and maintaining content, links and media on web pages and mobile applications
Requirements:
- Proficient Computer Skills
- 0-2 years previous work/school related experience in Web Development, UI/UX Design, App Development or Graphic Design
- Previous web site building experience or basic understanding of CSS/HTML (0-2 years)
- Ability to use both Mac OS and Windows OS
- Able to work work remotely (Must have a reliable laptop and steady internet connection)
- 18 years or older
- CPT/OPT Accepted (Students majoring in Marketing/IT field only)
***Start dates for our internships are flexible and now accepting Summer and Fall 202F. We offer 12 weeks with part time and flexible hours of a minimum of 10 hours per week. Internship credits can be obtained for majors related to Digital Marketing and IT. This internship can be 100% remote and/or hybrid in office and is UNPAID.
