Website Consultant

Our design firm client is seeking a website consultant to help optimize the website navigation experience for their Shopify-based website. They are looking for a seasoned expert who can identify quick fixes and also help drive longer-term improvements.

This is a project-based position. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Audit current website navigation and user flows with a focus on simplifying the customer journey
• Recommend and document a streamlined navigation strategy that reduces the number of clicks to product pages
• Collaborate with internal team members to prioritize and implement improvements
• Make strategic suggestions and quick tactical fixes as needed ? you?ll be expected to both advise and roll up your sleeves
• Apply UX best practices to ensure a seamless, intuitive shopping experience

Requirements

• Proven experience optimizing ecommerce site navigation, specifically in a Shopify environment
• Strong UX background with a user-first mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements
• Experience with ecommerce merchandising is a strong plus
