My client is a well-regarded legal-tech, SaaS company that specializes in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). As a growing, boot-strapped startup, the company is lean and tight-knit. The platform streamlines the alternative dispute resolution journey for mediators, HR professionals, courts, ombudsmen, arbitral centers, tribunals, governments, and law firms worldwide. Providing ADR services ensures that litigation backlogs can be cleared or avoided through a fair and expedient process.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Help Desk / Junior Developer. The role involves providing level 1 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software issues, reporting bugs, and assisting senior developers in coding and testing tasks.

NOTE:

  2. You must have working rights in the United States
  3. You must have work experience in a level 1, client-facing role

Qualifications

Essential

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Technical support skills
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting abilities
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., React, .NET)
  • Experience with software development projects & tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Desirable

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Database experience (SQL)
