What You?ll Own

Lead and grow a team of ~20 engineers across development, DevOps, and infrastructure
Deliver technical roadmaps for core systems including CRM, ERP, security, and AI integration
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features across multiple product lines
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google) and third-party SaaS integrations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design to align engineering priorities with business goals
Mentor senior engineers and foster a high-performance team culture

Who You Are

Proven experience leading development teams in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally ARR/subscription-based)
Comfortable managing delivery pipelines, prioritizing roadmaps, and scaling teams
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), dev workflows, and SaaS architecture
Familiar with AI integration (e.g., LLMs, intelligent automation) as part of product or platform strategy
Bonus: Experience with PE-backed companies or tech due diligence environments
