About the role:
We?re looking for a creative and eager Junior Designer to join our US Marketing team! If you have a strong design instinct, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table, this role is for you.
As part of our team, you?ll create high-quality digital assets for Kendamil, Kendakids, and other Kendal Nutricare brands, with a focus on marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content. You?ll also have opportunities to work on print media and multi-channel campaigns.

This is a permanent position and 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative assets for paid and organic social media, CRM, OOH, and offline retail media.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and applying our visual identity across multiple brands and markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate creative briefs into best-practice designs optimized for different platforms.
- Manage and utilize team collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Proofread and refine designs to maintain high-quality, accurate work
- Present concepts and ideas to key stakeholders within the business
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an in-house design team or agency setting.
- A creative, curious, and adaptable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Canva and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience designing for paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok), with a portfolio showcasing successful work.
- Ability to adapt across multiple brand styles with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and engagement.
