Role Description We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Digital Media Manager to spearhead our digital advertising campaigns, directly impacting customer acquisition in the rapidly expanding fiber internet market. This critical role involves designing, executing, and optimizing large-scale search, display, and video campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and budget management. The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative thinker with a profound understanding of the digital advertising landscape, ad technology, and data analytics, capable of transforming insights into actionable strategies.
In this role, you'll:
- Design, develop, and tactically execute online customer acquisition strategies and campaigns, with a strong focus on budget management and ROI.
- Drive and optimize large scale search, display, and video campaigns across digital platforms and online connected user experiences, leveraging popular ad tech tools, DSPs, and marketing platforms/hubs for efficient performance management.
- Provide ongoing management, robust reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on data-driven performance insights and storytelling
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking spend against performance goals.
- Manage creative asset libraries and reporting on creative performance for continued ad production and optimization.
At a minimum we'd like you to have: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in online campaign management platforms, tools, and reporting, including hands-on experience with popular ad tech, DSPs, and marketing platforms/hubs.
- Experience creating, executing, and continually optimizing search, display, and video strategies with a focus on performance management and budget accountability
- Extensive experience with programmatic ad buying across multiple DSPs including DV360.
It's preferred if you have: - Experience with telco and/or subscription services
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Google Campaign Manager.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams by providing data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations to optimize creative assets and enhance response rates.
- Familiarity with various marketing hubs and their integration for streamlined campaign management and reporting.
- Proficient in collecting, summarizing, presenting, and speaking about data associated with online paid media, marketing performance, budget management, and digital consumer insights.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $154,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
