Description
Our client, a rapidly growing and values-driven organization, is seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and transform its people strategy across the United States.
This is a pivotal executive role, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of the People function, including talent acquisition, organizational development, DEI, HR operations, and culture.

The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, executive presence, and a proven ability to shape culture, scale people operations, and drive business outcomes through talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a holistic people strategy aligned with business goals
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
- Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR tech
- Guide and mentor the People team, building scalable systems and processes for growth
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent across the U.S.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in People/HR roles, with at least 3 years at an executive level
- Demonstrated success leading people strategy in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance, and remote workforce dynamics
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills
- Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Full U.S. citizenship required
