Business Overview: We specialise in electronic document management (EDM) ? providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably.
Role Purpose: Lead the delivery of EDM software projects across diverse clients and markets, managing internal and external stakeholders. Occasionally work on smaller projects with hands-on configuration, implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage EDM software projects to time, budget, and quality
- Communicate with clients and coordinate project teams
- Train end users and provide documentation/demos
- Ensure smooth handover to support/maintenance teams
- Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
- Solve technical issues and coordinate with customer IT teams
Essential Experience & Skills: - 3+ years managing external software project teams
- 2+ years software delivery/installation experience
- Experience with T-SQL and databases
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable: - PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
- Software support desk experience
- Exposure to Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems
