About The Role As a Senior Developer at TM Group, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications. You will lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Working closely with architects, product managers, and developers, you will translate technical requirements into effective solutions while championing best coding practices.
In this role, you will evaluate and implement new technologies, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges. About You You are an experienced developer with a strong background in .NET and C#, proficient in TypeScript and React, and comfortable working with AWS cloud technologies. Your expertise extends to database management with SQL Server, Postgres, and DynamoDB. You take pride in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel for team days to our Swindon office.
