Role Description:

This is a remote internship role for a Web Development and E-commerce Intern for Three Months and Unpaid. As a Web Development and E-commerce Intern you will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance and optimization of our e-commerce website for our nicotine pouch and vape brand known as VX. This includes enhancing user experience, implementing new features and ensuring the website is visually appealing and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of the VX brand's e-commerce website.
Optimize the website for performance, speed and SEO.
Implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website's visual appeal and branding consistency.
Conduct website testing and debugging.
Support the integration of third-party services and tools.
Monitor website performance and user feedback to make improvements.
Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento.
Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Web Development, Computer Science or a related field.
