Qualifications 4+ years of experience and have a solid understanding of backend (PHP/Laravel preferred, Python, Java/Spring desirable) and front-end languages (JavaScript) and frameworks (Vue.js desirable)

3+ Hands on development experience with implementing digital channels with Five 9s

Care and know about software engineering practices like continuous delivery and automated testing

Solid experience of working in an agile development environment and collaborating with a team

The ideal candidate has IVR, conversational interaction management or AI domain experience

Care and know about software engineering practices like continuous delivery, defensive programming and automated testing

Experienced in working with distributed systems comprised of multiple services in addition to having built and scaled monoliths

Software design and development, testing and documentation across our backend, front-end and interaction management platforms to deliver end-to-end features

Work with product owners and designers to expand the feature set and create high-quality user interfaces

Take operational responsibility for the performance and quality of services owned by your team
