Web/Database Developer - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our IT Support Services team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining our digital presence, ensuring our websites effectively communicate the mission and objectives of the OAG to the public.

Key Responsibilities Website Design and Development: Plan, design, evaluate, develop, test, edit, maintain, and document the look and functionality of our websites to optimize user experience.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their website goals and provide guidance on design and functionality.

Graphic Design: Create or oversee the creation of digital assets such as images, banners, and charts to enhance website aesthetics.

Programming and Coding: Utilize programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to implement website features and functionality.

Content Creation: Write, edit, and format website content to effectively convey the OAG's message and information.

Multimedia Enhancement: Develop multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio) to enrich website content as needed.

Domain Management: Assist in selecting and registering domain names for new websites in collaboration with stakeholders.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and train personnel on website operation and updates.

Marketing and Promotion: Support website promotion initiatives to increase user engagement and expand our online presence.

Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update website content to ensure information accuracy and relevance.

Documentation: Create documentation detailing website development processes, coding, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development and design.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with experience in graphic design and multimedia editing.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Experience with a range of software tools and technologies related to web development.
