Position Summary Ferrilli is seeking a talented and experienced Banner Programmer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Ellucian's Banner product, and will provide technical consulting services to Higher Education institutions across the country.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze programming systems to support ERP applications.
• Conduct requirements gathering, software development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Ensure software integration into the ERP system and design new modules to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate expertise in Banner ERP and related systems.
• Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Provide consultation on complex integration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Banner applications.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using C, Java, PL/SQL, and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, particularly in Higher Education and Banner.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Banner technologies.
• Strong expertise in C, Java, PL/SQL, and API development, with a focus on Oracle.
• Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desired.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
