What you will do

You take ownership of our backend services built in PHP8 and Symfony
You structure and drive refactors and technical improvement projects
You work closely with the Engineering and Product team in requirement analysis and estimations

Your profile

You have 5+ years experience writing production ready code in PHP
Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony
Expertise in relational databases like MySQL, including database design and optimization
Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis (bonus)
Proficiency in message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ and SQS
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and GoLang is a plus
You are a problem solver with a strong hands-on mentality that also likes to take on responsibility
