Chief Technology Officer (CTO) needed for a PERMANENT Full-Time position with a successful IT Software / Services company working remotely from home in the USA.

- Must have knowledge of some prospective project outsourcing opportunities
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is: responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Client Interface and Project Outsourcing services delivery. The CTO Is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment and responsible for developing and executing the strategic technical vision as it relates to external customer interface and outsourced project delivery
including:
- Identify project opportunities with third parties.
- Scope project including project deliverables, estimate team size and skills, estimate level of effort.
- Produce project proposal for third party.
- Gain project outsourcing agreement with third party.
- Assist in team member selection.
- Ensure successful project delivery.
