Skills & Experience

• Knowledge in ETL processes, SSIS, C#, api knowledge
• Python, Javascript, .Net, Exprience designing server/client side application using REST API, reverse engineering applications
• Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation skills
• Processes requests from internal ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently on routine duties and take the initiative in learning and understanding new product systems and features
• Genesys Pure Connect and Pure Cloud experience a +
