Graduate Software Consultant

Overview

A fantastic opportunity for a recent Computer Science Graduate to join a 13 x Gartner Magic Quadrant leading software company with a global presence and a turnover in excess of $1B.

As a Software Consultant you will work as a trusted adviser to customers across the UK enabling them to effectively utilise our client?s market leading AI-Driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers (UK based) to understand, and then meet, their business and technical goals.
• Define and deliver education sessions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot products in Production, Test and Development environments.
• Serve as subject matter expert on techniques and best practices.
• Identify key ?Business Modelling? integration opportunities, especially around reporting, alerting, dashboards, SLAs, etc.
• Analyse performance data and assist with performance troubleshooting / tuning of customer applications, architecture, and practices.
• Build relationships that support the successful adoption and integration of products throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree educated- ideally within in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Comfortable in a customer facing position with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
