Remote (UK) ? Ideally 1 day a week in Leeds or London
? The Company ?
- My client is an award winning top 100 UK accounting firm with market leading teams across multiple sectors. They provide a full service offering from bookkeeping, financial planning, tax compliance and business advisory.
- With multiple offices in London and the North of England, they are looking to bring in a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will drive tech change and innovation both internally and for their client base.

- Opportunity to lead the function in a new business critical unit
- Build and design the function to work under your methods of success
- Complete autonomy to develop the business unit alongside the SLT as you see fit
? The Role ?
As the CTO, you will:
- Drive tech change and innovation both internally and for their client base
- Work alongside Managers and Partners to provide solutions for clients
- Supporting on improving efficiency of systems including Stock Systems, Purchase Ledger Systems, Open Integrations, Software, Coding, Payroll and Compliance systems.
- Strong focus on Tech and not a qualified accountant, much more guided towards systems, tech and detailed processes
? What we are looking for ?
- Extensive experience as CTO or similar level role within the top 100 Accounting firms in the UK.
- Able to establish relationships and work effectively within the client base
- Suggest internal changes that could improve efficiency
- Have multi system knowledge of accounting and finance software.
