The Role

Innovate and Iterate: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey your creative vision, and then bring these designs to life.
Design Masterpieces: Craft visually captivating, user-focused websites that drive engagement and sales, including stunning, persuasive graphics.
Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our talented marketers, developers, and strategists to bring ideas to fruition.
User-First Approach: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and perfect the user experience.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients stand out.
Optimize for Success: Ensure websites are fast, scalable, and responsive across all devices.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards and attention to detail in all your work.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.

Applications without portfolios will not be considered. Ideal Profile - Education and Experience: Bachelor?s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

Proven Track Record: A robust portfolio showcasing e-commerce websites and experience with American web design firms. Demonstrated success in driving online engagement and conversions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-Oriented: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
Quick Learner: Ability to adapt swiftly to new challenges and opportunities.
