Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to our company?s specifications. You will report to and work closely with our CTO and Lead Developer. Over time you may also work with project managers, designers, and other developers to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. Additionally, you will take our IOS designs and duplicate them for the web to the maximum extent possible. This job is 100% remote.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this full-time position, depending on experience, is between $65,000 and $100,000 per year plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites ensuring strong optimization and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with various teams and/or individuals to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Front-end and back-end development: Engage in both front-end and back-end web development tasks.
- Ensure responsiveness: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and build responsive web designs.
- Optimize performance: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain code integrity: Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Testing and debugging: Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure smooth functionality.
- Stay updated: Stay abreast of the latest web development trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and innovative.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code and system processes.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in web development.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Proficient in back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET.

Experience with database management systems like Google Firebase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS or SASS.

Knowledge of RESTful services and APIs.

- Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- MS Teams API and coding practices.
