Key Responsibilities Include
- Interact with lab scientists to get an overall understanding of their workflow related to data processing
- Build efficient and reusable front-end interface
- Identify and address current data processing bottlenecks and build data processing windows for required functions
- Aggregate and clean data from various sources to construct reports as batch records to import into in-house data server
- Timely review with the group on the progress
Minimum Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Knowledge of server architecture and troubleshooting, Linux, Apache, and MySQL. Knowledge of MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience using latest technologies and practices with a diverse set of software and applications, such as Docker, MariaDB, MongoDB, and Git.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in web architecture and design such as performance, accessibility, UI/UX design, prototyping, scalability, compliance, and usability.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience managing projects and establishing commitments while demonstrating written and verbal communication skills necessary to interact tactfully and effectively with a diverse group of personalities, disciplines, and customers
