Job Title: Developer

What You Will Bring The Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business-related applications. This role focuses on building complex automation applications, developing new and existing databases, and integrating systems seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft's Power Platform, PowerBI, SharePoint Framework, and other relevant technologies, with a minimum of five years of experience in a hybrid work environment.

Essential Duties - Develop new automation applications and databases according to project requirements.

  • Ensure the stability and functionality of newly developed systems through regular maintenance and updates.
  • Work on integration projects that may include CRM, Finance and Accounting, Consolidated Reporting, and Data Management systems.
  • Provide planning guidance for the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and improvement of business systems using known best practices.
  • Partner with all IT teams to implement new systems holistically, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Provide technical direction for interfacing and integrating new applications.
  • Vet requirements and guide team/developers to evaluate and provide strategic technical recommendations for solutions.
  • Create and maintain necessary documentation, including data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, implementation plans, schedules, and project status reports.
  • Gather and incorporate user needs and workflows during the development process to ensure applications meet business requirements.
  • Follow and promote best practices in development to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.

Requirements Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related major.

  • Expertise in building advanced applications, services, and data stores using Microsoft's Power Platform.
  • Experience with connected services to Azure and AWS and the ability to use the REST API.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework, PowerBI configuration, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Knowledge of additional tools such as SAS, Pyramid, R, and Python.
  • Database planning and creation experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, including developing and deploying databases, PowerBI, Power platform apps, and SharePoint Framework custom apps in a hybrid, on-premises, and cloud-based environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Verbal and written communication.
