John Brian Consult is a high-end marketing consulting and advertising firm that prides itself on being fun, easy-going, and a bit playful. While the company is currently undergoing a rebrand, our focus remains crystal clear: helping high-budget clients build brands that no one can reckon with. Right now, it?s just me, John Brian, handling the technical execution of projects.

Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility is to find and bring in new business. For the first three weeks, you'll work on a commission-only basis, allowing you to demonstrate your skills. After this period, you'll transition into a full-time role based on results

Salary?

• Salary + commission payment structure
• Commission-only(10%), Month 1- 500k, month 2- 1M, month 3- 1.5M, depending on the results, I can fast track your salary to 5M UGX approximately 1500 Euros/month

What You'll Do:

• Identify & pursue new business opportunities and close deals QUICKLY.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, guiding them from initial contact through to closing the deal.
• Take a consultative approach to understand clients' problems and offer tailored solutions.

What You Must Know:

• A consultative sales approach: Understand client challenges and offer strategic solutions.
• Lead generation: Ability to identify and engage with potential clients.
• Relationship building: Strong communication skills to develop and nurture client relationships.
• Self-motivation: Drive to succeed in a commission-based role and transition to full-time.

What to not expect:

• An office
• Being babysat and ordered around
• Allowance during first 3 weeks
• Being called outside work hours

Important:

The person I hire and eventually bring on full-time needs to be committed. I'm looking at 2years+ and eventually working with brands like Toyota, John Deere, Coca-Cola and international $5m+/yr brands. If this scares you, don't apply.
