Role:
- Will shape the future of our firm?s technology landscape, driving modernization across infrastructure, security, cloud, and DevOps, while championing the adoption of AI.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader, challenging architecture teams to explore innovative solutions and optimize systems.
- Act as a key liaison between technology teams and executive leadership to align priorities and investments.
- Oversee the design and implementation of a modern, scalable, and secure software applications and infrastructure.
- Drive the migration to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high availability.
- Enhance DevOps capabilities to enable rapid development, deployment, and iteration.
- Strengthen the firm?s cybersecurity posture to protect against emerging threats.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate productive relationships with regulators.
- Lead initiatives to modernize and enhance compliance and AML systems to exceed industry standards.
- Identify and implement AI and machine learning solutions to streamline operations and decision-making.
- Drive innovation in AML, fraud detection, and customer experience through advanced technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts to deliver value while managing risks and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business units to align technology initiatives with operational needs.
- Inspire and mentor technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and scale teams with the skills needed to deliver on strategic priorities.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure modernization, cloud technologies, Software, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications
- Demonstrated success in interfacing with regulators and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating complex contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring high-performance teams.
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
