Who We?re Looking For
A CTO & Co-Founder who will:
- Own the technical vision and product architecture, from the initial proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.
- Drive the engineering strategy around fintech and blockchain integrations, ensuring regulatory compliance and security best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on product roadmap, investor pitches, and go-to-market strategy.
- Hire and lead the core engineering team as we scale.
- Champion the mission: be passionate about financial inclusion and multi-currency innovation in emerging markets.
We want a partner, not just an employee?someone who buys into the vision of building a borderless finance solution and is ready to roll up their sleeves to make it happen.
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of engineering leadership, ideally in fintech or banking infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Stellar, Ethereum, Celo) and understanding of crypto wallets, tokenization, or stablecoins.
- Strong familiarity with payment rails, APIs, e-money licensing, and relevant regulatory environments.
- Comfortable with architecting scalable microservices or cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Prior startup or early-stage experience?knowing how to balance speed vs. technical debt while building from scratch.
