eCommerce Web Designer

BlueNest is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Designer to craft high-converting online shopping experiences for fashion and lifestyle brands. Your role will be pivotal in turning brand guidelines into fully optimized, visually stunning websites that engage and convert customers.

This role starts as a contract-based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and fit.

What You?ll Do

• Design and build high-performing ecommerce websites optimized for conversions.
• Translate brand guidelines into functional, visually compelling website designs.
• Develop smart, dynamic design systems for scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to refine UX/UI and customer journeys.
• Ensure all designs are mobile-friendly, user-focused, and conversion-optimized.
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve website performance based on data insights.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience designing for ecommerce brands.
• Expert in Figma ? ability to create dynamic, scalable design systems.
• A deep understanding of ecommerce UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design.
• Experience optimizing landing pages, product pages, collection pages and checkout flows.
• An extensive knowledge of Shopify and its limitations
• Strong attention to brand consistency, storytelling, and performance metrics.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality to drive measurable results.
