As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solution. With 5-8 years of experience, you are expected to demonstrate rigor in code quality and testing, possess strong analytical thinking skills, exhibit a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, make strong propositions for technological advancements, and actively engage in technological watch.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end applications using a variety of languages and frameworks.

Apply rigorous testing methodologies to ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability.

Engage in analytical problem solving to overcome complex technical challenges.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to an inclusive and dynamic team environment.

Take initiative in proposing new technologies or improvements to current systems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge within the team.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Experience with database technology such as SQL

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Experience in building scalable and secure applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
