We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team ? from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.

JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions targeting an audience that will convey the company?s brand and mission to select audiences and customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Concept, create and produce design solutions for digital marketing including creative development

• Partner closely with other departments to develop design elements and build a consistent brand experience across multiple marketing touchpoints and audiences for customers
• Provide creative and design for customer driven campaigns and social projects
• Create graphics for various social media campaigns across several relevant platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Four-year college degree - candidates with a degree in Graphics Arts preferred

• Highly proficient in Adobe products Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Video editing and motion graphics skills is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS: - Experience designing for digital media

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
• Team player that is willing to go above for the good of the team
• Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
• To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved
