As the company enters a bold new phase of growth, we?re seeking a forward-thinking and mission-aligned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its global technology strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to join an executive leadership team and drive a major platform transformation that will shape the future of digital commerce.
The Role
As CTO, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role?responsible for steering the business through a 24-month migration from a legacy system to a next-generation, scalable platform. This critical leadership position requires deep technical acumen, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.
You?ll work closely with Product, Commercial, and Client Success teams to ensure operational stability while building future-ready technology that meets the evolving needs of global enterprise clients.
Key Objectives
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of the existing platform while delivering a modern, scalable architecture.
- Build and lead a high-performance global engineering team rooted in trust, transparency, and ownership.
- Champion technical strategy across the organization and serve as a visible technology leader to external stakeholders including clients, partners, and investors.
Requirements
- 15+ years of engineering and technology leadership experience in high-growth environments, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Strong background in platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and system security.
- Demonstrated success scaling complex technical systems in high-availability settings.
- Experience leading distributed teams across geographies and cultures.
