- Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery: A first-of-its-kind tamper-proof food logistics service.
- White-label SaaS products for partners across logistics, compliance, and last-mile delivery sectors.
- Cross-functional integration tools for authentication, user verification, and real-time delivery management.
With Go-Live scheduled for June 2025, we are now seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive technical delivery, team strategy, and overall digital innovation.
The RoleAs CTO, you will define and deliver the entire technology vision for Atyourtime Technology, while building the IT department from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO and fellow executive team members to deliver Version 2 of the platform and ensure all systems are in place for the live launch of Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery.
This role is best suited to a self-starter with a proven track record in tech startups and a passion for shipping scalable, secure, and resilient technology. You?ll need to be comfortable working under tight deadlines, managing complexity, and collaborating cross-functionally.
This is an equity-only role during the early stage, with a transition to salary upon revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the technical strategy, roadmap, and architectural vision for Atyourtime?s products and services.
- Build out and structure the IT department, including DevOps, QA, security, and engineering.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of engineering talent?scaling from our current team to support growth needs.
- Develop a clear and efficient cross-functional operating model between tech, product, operations, marketing, and compliance teams.
- Own the successful delivery of Version 2 of the platform?ensuring scalability, modularity, and a frictionless user experience.
- Oversee and improve infrastructure and environments (AWS/MongoDB/Node.js/React Native) with focus on uptime, security, and performance.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines, staging/production environments, and all DevOps practices are efficient and secure.
- Drive critical API integrations (e.g. payment providers, ID verification tools, delivery partners).
- Ensure Version 1 architecture is signed off by the team and used as the base to accelerate delivery of Version 2.
- Work with the CEO and other stakeholders to support investor due diligence and demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Champion compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations (GDPR, data retention, etc.).
What We?re Looking For- Experience as a CTO or Lead Engineer in a startup or high-growth tech business.
- Full-stack proficiency: Node.js, React Native, MongoDB, AWS.
- Deep experience with mobile app development, platform scaling, and system security.
- Familiarity with building multi-environment architecture and automated DevOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in building teams, defining department structures, and fostering high-impact collaboration.
- Strong experience with API-first platforms and integrations.
- A hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to roll up sleeves when needed.
- Experience with B2B/B2C SaaS, logistics, or delivery tech is highly desirable.
