Role Overview: Senior PHP Developer (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic, fully remote team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that serve our growing community. Your expertise will not only ensure the seamless functionality of our platform but also drive innovation as we continuously enhance our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Back-End Development: Architect and implement scalable and secure server-side applications using PHP. Leverage modern frameworks like Laravel Filament or Symfony to build robust solutions.
• Front-End Integration: Collaborate on integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. Utilize your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a responsive and engaging user experience.
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Apply OOP principles to develop modular, reusable, and efficient code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable software. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the evolution of our development practices and tools to drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience in back-end web development and software engineering.
• Proficient in PHP with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel or Symfony.
• Front-End Proficiency:
